9种药用植物粗提物对3种植物病原真菌抑菌活性的研究
Research on Antifungal Activities of Extracts from Nine Medicinal Plants on Three Phytopathogenic Fungi
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the antifungal activities of extracts from 9 medicinal plants on 3 phytopathogenio fungi. [ Method] The antifungal activilies of extracts from 9 medicinal plants in Xishuangbanna tropical botanical garden on Alternaria solani, Fusarium salani, and Colleiotrichum musae were determined by growth rate methods. [ Result] The results indicated that acetone extracts with different concentration (0. 100,0.010 and 0.005 g/ml) from the 9 medicinal plants showed inhibition activities on the mycelia growth of 3 sampled phytopalhogenic fungi, and the inhibition rate were from 3.5% to 87.0%. [Conclusion] The inhibition rates of Impatient balsamina on 3 fungi were from 12.8% to 87.0% ,and from 400% to 69.8% of Andrograpkis paniculata. The I. balsanuna and A. paniculata had values for further research and development.关键词
