摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the antibacterial activity of different extracts from Plaatago asiatica L. , and compare their antibacterial capacity. [Method] The Plantago asiatica L. was extracted with eight different solvents under room temperature, and the antibacterial activity of different extracts against three bacteria in the 96- wells dish was determined by spectmphotometry. [Result] The best antibacterial activity waft found in the anhydrous ethanol extracts (P <0.05) , then followed by the ether and anhydrous methanol extracts, the extracts by running water and ultrapure water had no antibacterial activity. [Conclusion] The extracts of Plantago asiatica L. with different solvents all show certain antibacterial activity, especially against Staphyloccocus aweus and Escherich coll, the inhibitive effect against P. aeruginosa was.also good.关键词
