凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱/质谱法测定瓜子中的石蜡含量
Deter Mination of Paraffin by Gel Permeation Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish a high efficient determination method of the paraffin in melon seeds. [ Method] Samples were be treated by soxhlet extraction, then the olcin in the extract was abandoned by gel permeation chromatography. After that, the purified solution was concentrated and lhen dissolved by ethyl ethanoate: cyclohexane ( 1 : 1, V/V). It was analyzed by gas ehromalography-mass spectrometry with DB-5ms quartz capillary tube (30 m ?. 25 mm ?. 25 祄). [Result ] The results indicated that the relative standard deviations of this method were 6.4% -9.2% , the recoveries were 74.2% -90.3%. [Conclusion] This method is simple, and the determined results are accurate and reliable.关键词
