Research Advances In Tea Storage Technology
摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzed the factors influencing the alorage of teas, described the physical and chemical changes of stored leas and some new storage technologies, and then discussed the impact of these new storage technologies, especially different tea processing techniques on the quality of teas. The study aimed to maintain the quality of stored leas, extend their storage period and develop new storage technologies.关键词
