长沙市人居环境综合评价及影响因素分析OA
Comprehensive Evaluation and Impact Factors of the Living Environment of Changsha
采取主成分分析方法,从生态、经济、人文、服务4个方面,对长沙市1999~2008年的城市人居环境进行了定量研究分析,并对长沙人居环境存在的问题和不足提出了对策与建议.研究结果表明,长沙市人居环境呈逐年好转趋势,尤其在2000年以后,增长速度较快;制约长沙人居环境进一步提高的主要原因是相对落后的经济发展水平;城市化在促进人口素质和居民人均收入提高的同时,也阻碍了生态环境的发展和人居环境的改善;长沙应加快产业结构调整,大力发展低碳经济,加大文化设施的投入.
By the method of principal component analysis(PCA), the living environment of Changsha was quantitatively studied from its ecology, economy, culturc and services during 1999-2008, and some suggestions were proposed to solve the existing prohlcms.
