Abstract
The paper analyzed the land use status and problems in Ganzhou, especially (he severe situation facing urban and rural construction land and farmland protection, and then proposed some new ideas lo break the bottlenecks of urban and rural construction land and farmland pro-lection: innovating various planning methods, breaking the conventional balance between the requisition and compensation of arable lands, and expanding ihe urban and rural land use space; building a committee to govern the lands with a map and promote the accountability system of local governments; delimiting the area of some permanent and basic farmland and involving them into the appraisal of local government achievements; strictly regulating the land mortgage and loans and checking up the enterprises which enclose and hoard lands; exploring the intensive land use concept, establishing the appraisal system according to the benefits per mu, and changing the extensive land use pattern; building the joint-action mechanism involving multiple departments, building the dynamic statistics of stock lands and vitalizing the use of stock lands.关键词
