土地利用结构演变对产业结构转型的有效性分析
Analysis on the Influence of the Evolution of Land Use Structure on Industrial Restructuring
摘要
Abstract
Based on the transform coefficient ( TC), the characteristics of land use structure and industrial restructuring in Xining were obtained. The land use structure coefficient 9, had dropped by 79.55% during 1999 -2010,but the overall change tended to be stable; the industrial structure reform coefficient 82 had dropped by 36.09% during 1999 -2010,which was slightly larger than that of land use structure. Both two experienced large fluctuations from 1999 to 2007 but tended to be stable during 2008 -2010. Through the autocorrelation and co-integration models, it was found out that the land use structure promoted the industrial restructuring in Xining,and there was a long-term equilibrium between them. Finally some suggestions were proposed for the industrial development of Xining.关键词
