Abstract
With the literature analysis method, the sixty-nine papers about the empolyment of new generation of migrant workers published in
core periodicals were analyzed, and the research status was summarized, the measures focusing on the connotation, empolyment difficulties and
solutions of migrant workers were evaluated, based on which the future research direction was pointed out.
