摘要

Abstract

The Influence of deltamethrin and its metabolites on the activity of calalase in soil was investigated. The results showed that the activity of catalase was influenced distinctly by different concentration of deltamethrin. Under the low concentration of 1,10 μg/g, the catalase activity was inhibited firstly, then activated and recovered finally. The inhibition was obvious under high concentration of 40,80 μg/g. The activation of catalase in soil was stronger at lower concentration of the deltamethrin, the influence of the metabolites of deltamethrin (hydrolytic and photolytic products) was weaker than the original deltamethrin.
