Lrh-1基因在湖羊HPG轴中表达量变化研究OA
Study on the Expression Level Changes of Lrh-1 Gene in HPG Axis in Hu Sheep
[目的]揭示湖羊发情周期不同阶段下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴组织中Lrh-1基因的表达变化规律.[方法]建立了湖羊Lrh-1基因的实时荧光定量(qRT-PCR)检测体系,测定其在发情前期、发情期、发情后期和间情期湖羊的下丘脑、垂体和卵巢间质组织中的表达量,分析Lrh-1基因在湖羊HpG轴的表达随发情周期变化的规律.[结果]建立的湖羊组织Lrh-1 mRNA检测体系扩增效率为92.44%,扩增效果良好.在湖羊的下丘脑、垂体和卵巢间质组织中均检测到…查看全部>>
[Objective] The aim of the study was to reveal the expression change laws of Lrh-1 gene in tissues of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad (HPG) axis of Hu Sheep. [Method]Rhe quantitative real-time PCR detection system (qRT-PCR) was established to detect the expression of Lrh-1 gene in Hu Sheep.
