摘要
Abstract
Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is a new and widely used molecular marker in the genome. It is also a technology which was used to study a single nucleotide mutation caused by the DMA sequence with polymorphism changes at the l玽el of genome. This paper attempted to summarize the extensive application and principles of SNP, in order lo give a theoretical foundation for the better use of existing technology and the development of new technology.关键词
