Abstract

[ Objective] The purpose was to study Tangshan rose's resistance to salt, and provide a theoretical reference for breeding salt-tolerance plants and their popularization and application. [ Method] Randomized block design was used to cany out the lest with 10 repeatitivens, and slat concentration was0% (CK), 0.2% , 0.4% , 0.6% , 0.8% , respectively. The measuring indices were survival rate, growth amount, biomass amount, chlorophyll content and proline content. [Result] Salt stress inhibited Tangshan rose's growth amount of cuttings and biomass amount, and its root was more sensitive than aboveground. With salt concentration increasing, Tangshan rose's chlorophyll content showed a decreasing trend, while proline content showed a rising trend. And when salt concentration was 0.6% , chlorophyll a and b content decreased significantly, and proline content increased significantly. All the test indices could be used as the indicators of Tangshan rose salt-tolerance evaluation. [Conclusion] That salt concentration of 0.6% has already come out impacts on Tangshan rose's physiology.
