摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] To optimize the extraction technology of magnolol and honokiol from the leaf of Magnolia officimlis Rehd. et Wils. [ Method] Taking the. extraction rate of magnolol and honokiol as evaluation index, the extraction technology of magnolol and honokiol from M. afficmaiis leaves was optimized by means of orthogonal test. [ Kesult ] The oplimal extraction technology was as follows: M. nffifinalis leaves were extracted once with 80% ethanol at the solid-liquid ratio of 1-10 g/ml for 1.5 h. [Conclusion] The extraction technology was reasonable and effective to extract effective components including magnolol and honokiol from M. offirirwlis leaves.
