摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of dycyrrhka inflata Bal. [Method] C. inflata seeds were respectively treated by different concentrations of 0, 50, 100, 200, 300 mmol/L NaCl, 0, 50, 100, 200, 300 mmol/L Na2SO4, and 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 mmol/1. NaHCO,. [Method] There were significant differences in the germination rate, vitality index and germination index of seeds among different salt stresses. The order of salt stress impact from strong to weak on seed germination was NaHCO, >Na,SO4 > NaCl. Under the salt stress, the contents of praline (Pro) , malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble protein in the cotyledon and radicle were increased with the increasing of salt concentration, the enzyme activities of Auperoxide dismutase ( SOD) in cotyledons were reduced with increasing salt concentration, but the radicles' were firstly increased then decreased. [Conclusion] 3 kinds of salt stresses have significant effects on the seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of G. inflata.
