川玄参不同溶剂萃取物的抗菌活性研究
Study on Antibacterial Activity of Sichuan RADIX SCROPHULARIAE Extracts
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To study the antibacterial activities of RADIX SCROPHULARIAE extracts extracted with different solvents. [ Method ] The antibacterial activities of the extracts were measured with the filter paper method and serial dilution method. [ Result] None of the extracts had inhibitory effect on Aerogmes. Extracts with the solvents of petroleum ether, chlorofom and ethyl acetate had certain inhibitory effect on Eschenchia coli, Staphytococcus aureus. Bacillus cereus and Bacillus subtiiis, and the best inhibition was from chloroform. But extracts from n-butanol and water had no inhibitory effect on these bacteria. [ Conclusion] The crude extracts from RADIX SCROPHULARIAE have good antibacterial activity.关键词
