Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the effects of different tobacco planting conditions on rhizosphere microorganism. [Method] A field experiment was set up to investigate the effects of soil type, continuous cropping, crop rotation and the crops for rataion on microbial flora in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere. [Result] The rhizosphere microorganism including bacteria, azotobacter and fungi in the cinnamon soil was more than that in yellow brown soil. The rhizosphere microorganism reduced under the condition of continuous cropping. The tendency was obvious after the continuous cropping over four years. The quantity with the winter spare time and the wheat stubble was more than that in rape stubble. [Conclusion] The soil type, the crops for rotation and the crop rotation could he selected to improve soil performance and protect and cultivate soil.关键词
