黑龙江农产品流通领域的冷链情况调查分析
Investigation on the Cold Chain of Agricultural Products Circulation in Heilongjiang
摘要
Abstract
In order the explore the development status of cold chain in agricultural products circulation in Heilongjiang Province, the cold chain facilities and administration of slaughtering and processing enterprises, wholesale market, and supermarkets in Hegang, Shuangyashan, Jiamusi, Suihua and Qiqihaer were investigated. Some problems were found out, such as, few and crude agriculture enterprise cold chain transports and cold storage equipments, a lack of third-party cold logistics enterprises, non-standard operations of agricultural products storage and sales. It was suggested that the government should increase the financial investment, formulate unified and comprehensive plans, and strengthen governmental guidance, so as to improve the cold chain status of agricultural products and the quality of agricultural products.关键词
