超声波法提取栀子黄色素的工艺研究
Study on the Ultrasonic Extraction of Yellow Pigment from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the best ultrasonic extraction conditions of yellow pigment from G. jasminoides. [Method] The yellow pigment was extracted from G. jasminoides fruits, and the impact of solvents, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power and extraction temperature on the extraction process was studied, and then the best extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. [ Conclusion] The largest absorptive wavelength of yellow pigment was 440 nm, and the extraction power was 60 W, the best extraction conditions determined by orthogonal experiment were 1 -10 g/m] of solid-liquid ratio, 50 ℃ of extraction temperature, 60 min of extraction duration and 50% of solvent concentration. [ Conclusion] The study provided references for the large-scale extraction of Gardenia yellow pigment.关键词
