摘要

Abstract

According to the characteristics of food engineering rnajor, the existing problems in the talents training system of food science and engineering major in colleges and universities were analyzed, it was proposed to renew the concept, reform the curriculum system, strengthen the innovative practice and cooperation between universities and enterprises, and then a training model involving "7 + 1, four systems and four levels" was established, which provided scientific references for improving the quality of food major talents and integrating with international food engineering education.
