摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity of chemical constituents in RADIX ONOSMATIS. [Method] The chemical constituents were firstly extracted by 95% ethanol water to get ethanol extract (A). After that it was extracted to get petroleum ether extract (B), ethyl acetate extract (C) , and n - butanol extract (D) , C was isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis. The antifungal activities of A, B, C and D were studied by K - B method, and the MIC was detected with two-times dilution method. [Result] Five compounds were isolated and identified as (3 -sitosterol, oleanolic acid, benzoic acid, ferulic acid and daucosterol. [ Conclusion] All the five compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. A, B, C and D showed good antibacterial activity.关键词
