红鱼眼叶水提物·醇提物体外抑菌作用及其化学成分的初步研究
Preliminary Study on Antibacterial Activity and Chemical Analysis of Water Extract and Ethanol Extract from Phyllanthus reticulatus Leaves
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity and chemical components of the aqueous and ethanoi extracts from the leaves of Phyl-lanthus reliculatus. [Method] The serial dilution was used to detecte MIC (minima) inhibitory concentrations) and MBC (minimal bactericidal concentration) of the aqueous and ethanoi extracts from Phyllanthus reticulates. The conventional chemical reactions were used to identify the chemical components. [Result] The aqueous and ethanoi extracts from Phyllanthus reticulates leaves had inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus,anti-Staphylococcus aureus ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. The antibacterial activity of ethanoi extracts was stronger than that of the aqueous extracts. The leaves of Phyllanthus reliculalus may contain chemical constituents such as polypeptides, sugars, tannins, organic acids, flavonoids, phenols, coumarins and Iactones, steroidal or terpenoids, anthraquinonea. [Conclusion] The results provide evidence for the further study on the antibacterial components from the leaves of Phyllanthus reticulatus.关键词
