摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effects of VA mycorrhiza on the content of nitrogen and nitrogenous matter of amur cork trees(Phellodendron amurense Rupr. ). [Method] The annual seedlings were inoculated with four arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi through potted experiments. [Result] VA mycorrhiza obviously increased the content of nitrogen and nitrogenous matter. The nitrogen content of the leaves increased significantly through infection by VA mycorrhizal fungi. With the inoculating with G. Mosseae, the nitrogen content of seedlings increased by 1.28 to 1. 60 times. VA mycorrhiza also enhanced the activity of nitric acid reductase of the plants, and the content of soluble protein and the proportion of the indole acetic acid. [ Conclusion ] VA mycorrhiza can enhance the metabolic ability of amur cork trees and the photosynthesis characteristics, and promote the growth of the whole plant.
