富甘氨酸果蝇抗菌肽SK66对子宫颈癌细胞Hela增殖的研究
Study of the Glycine-rich Antibacterial Peptide of Drosophila SK66 on the Proliferation of Cervices Cancer Cells (Hela)
摘要
Abstract
A polypeptide SK66 ,a 66-amino acid peptide with N-Serine (S) and C-Lysine ( K) ,is a glycine-rich antibacterial peptide of Drosophila. SK66 could kill cervices cancer cells ( Hela). After treated by SK66 .most cervices cancer cells ( Hela) suspended for the destroyed anchorage-dependent characterization and died. Observed by MTT,SK66 could remarkably inhibit the proliferation of the cervices cancer cells ( Hela). Using patch clamp technique.it was found out that SK66 could form cationic channels in DRG cells. The mechanism might be to perforate the pell membrane and lead to protoplasm leak and cancer cells rupture and death.关键词
