产胞内脂肪酶米根霉TZ-F2菌体形态控制的研究
Research on the Morphology Control of R.oryzae TZ-F2 for Intracellular Lipase Production
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the morphology control of R. oryzae TZ-F2 with intracellular lipase production. [ Method ] Separately reviewed effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, the initial pH value and cultivate speed on intracellular lipase, dry weight and morphology. [Result] Then got the optimal culture conditions:hogwash oil 40 g/L,tryptone 70 g/L,initial pH value 4.5,cultivate speed 150 r/min. Under these conditions,bacterial morphology could basically keep to ball,unit intracellular lipase activity reached 109.45 U/g,dry weight reached 31.67 g/L. [Conclusion] The study provides the theoretical basis for catalytic synthesis of biodiesel using Rhizopus oryzae cells.关键词
