Abstract
The " pressure-state-response" ( PSR) model was introduced to the evaluation index system of land intensive use of development zones, and then the land intensive utilization level of twenty national development zones in Jiangsu Province was assessed by principal component analysis. As indicated by the results, the PSR model and PCA method well met the needs for evaluating the land intensive use of development zones. The land intensive use of national development zone in Jiangsu Province is affected by the land resources, land utilization degree, land use structure status and economic benefit of the development zone, as well as the economy and geographic conditions of the mother city. The land intensive use of development zones should pay attention to not only improving the output of the land use efficiency, but also the pressure and feedback ability of lands. 关键词
