摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of gypenosides-containing serum on the expression of tumor necrosis fac-tor-alpha( TNF-α )and nuclear factor kappa B( NF -κB ) protein in photoaging HaCaT cell. Methods The photoag-ing HaCaT cell model was established by UVB radiation and intervention was made with different concentrations of gypenosides-containing rat serum, 12 hours later, the expression of TNF-α and NF -κB protein in each group cells were measured by ELISA and Western blot. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of TNF-α of cell culture supernatant and NF -κB protein in UV model group cells increased significantly. Compared with the UV model group, the expression of TNF-α of cell culture supernatant and NF -κB protein in low, middle and high gypenosides-containing serum group cells decreased significantly. Conclusion Inhibiting the NF-κB signal pathway is one of the mechanisms of gypenosides-containing serum in preventing skin photoaging probably.
