摘要
Abstract
The laboratory characteristics, clinical manifestations and the maternal and fetal outcomes of 36 pregnancies complicated with HELLP syndrome were analyzed. The values of aspartate aminotransferase( AST ) and lactate dehydrogenase( LDH ) of class I HELLP syndrome were higher than that of class II , and the probability of complicating by disseminated intravascular coagulation( DIC ) and fetal growth restriction( FGR ) were higher than that of class II. The condition of class I HELLP syndrome was more serious than that of class II. The decrease of platelet counts may increase the rate of matennal and infant complications.关键词
