Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet, The network has gradually become one of the important way for citizens to participate in social and political life. Citizens can be through the network monitoring, network forums and e--mail, and many ways to network political participation. The Internet take democratic, openness and interactive as a characteristic, The Internet to raises citizen＇s democracy consciousness, guarantee government service honest and the participation politics culture raise and so on has the positive significance.关键词
