Abstract
In the public participation in the government of the Central African Republic organization and the government formed gradually alienated from-cooperation, integration, integration--cooperation-- attachment three close relationships. NGO as citizens to achieve a voluntary public interest and built social folk organization, in the present legislation work lags behind the development of non-governmental organization, the strengthening of the government of nongovernmental organizations and strengthen the supervision and administration of industry association self-discipline management, in order to perfect the supervision system to promote the public participation in the rule of law function.关键词
