Capability Evaluation of Science and Technology in National Defense Mobilization Based on Grey Power Clustering
摘要
Abstract
To decrease influence of subjective factors and improve capability evaluation veracity of science and technology in national defense mobilization, an evaluation method based on grey power clustering was put forward. The capability evaluation index system of science and technology in national defense mobilization was constructed by analyzing its' inscapes. Then, the grey power clustering was used to deal with mark data from expert. Based on this, the mobilization capability of science and technology in national defense was evaluated and the advices to improve on the mobilization system of science and technology in national defense were brought forward according as the evaluation results. The example of evaluation demonstrated the method is feasible and applicable.关键词
