Research Progress on the Role of PI-3K Transduction Pathway in the Pathogenesis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Insulin regulates blood sugar and promotes the anabolic metabolism through the insulin signal transduction pathway in which phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI-3K) plays a key role in the insulin signal transduction, and the insulin resistance resulting from the disorder of the insulin signal transduction pathway is very important in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The important role of PI-3 K in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus is reviewed by discussing the pathogenesis of the insulin resistance, the factor affecting PI-3 K, etc.关键词
