Abstract
The paper discusses the necessity of the establishment of land resources dynamic monitoring system. It puts forward to build city level land resources dynamic monitoring system＇s overall goal and it describes in detail the land resources dynamic monitoring system solutions from the overall technical framework, function design to the key technology of the system. Through the implementation of the system and its application, this system is verified by the use of GIS, GPS, mobile communication technology to build land resource dynamic monitoring system has a great practical significance.关键词
