摘要
Abstract
With the goal of building worldwide city in Beijing, project＇s number and quality of municipal infrastructure are increased day by day. Also post infrastructures are increased with the development of city construction. How to manage the postal information, how to configure them in a effective way, and the problem about security requirement for post infrastructure, and so on... all of those must be solved by the post department. In this paper, we talk about how to imple- ment the spatial management based on the GIS technology, Web technology and spatial memory technology, to make a well see -- digital system. According to this system, it can provide services for postal operation, making decision etc... also it can provide services for whole work flow, including data collection, data process, data update and data application. Because of those, people can manage postal resources by information based way.关键词
