基于区域城市结构的城市边缘区遥感监测方法
REMOTE SENSING OF URBAN FRINGE BASED ON REGIONAL CITY STRUCTURE THEORY

Abstract
A method to divide urban fringe by remote sensing was designed. Urban land was extracted from remote sensing data; its proportion was calculated using a smoothing window algorithm~ Urban structure was divided based on the regional city structure theory of L. H. Russwurm Urban fringe was extracted from divided urban structure. This method was used to divide urban fringe in Beijing by using 8 periods of Landsat- 5 TM images from 1984 to 2007. Data showed that the present method is quite practicable.关键词
