Abstract
In the paper, the buckling and post-buckling response of the composite shallow spherical shell under external pressure was obtained by using the nonlinear finite element method. The effects of ply sequence, geometric parameters and boundary conditions on the buckling and post-buckling response were discussed. Then the stiffened composite spherical shell structure was simulated. Based on the analyses of longitudinal and latitudinal stiffened structure, an optimized grid stiffened structure was carried out. The results show that the grid stiffener effectively improves the anti-buckling ability of the spherical shell structure. The method and conclusions provided in the paper can be useful for the design of aircraft spherical components such as the rear pressure bulkhead.关键词
