瓜石汤对初老大鼠卵巢Bcl-2表达影响的实验研究
Experimental Study on Infiuence of Gua-shi Decoction to Bcl-2 Expression of Primary Senile Rat Ovary
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the mechanism of Gua-shi Decoction to delay the age of the primary senile rat ovary. Methods: 10 ~ 12 months old SD female rats whose oestrus elongation were set as primary senile female rat model Primary senile rats were derided randomly. After 4 weeks, weighed and sacrificed the rats. The ovaries were treated to observe expression of Bcl-2. Results: CuaShiTang could increase the expression of Bcl-2, compared with the model group, the high dose Gua-shi Decoction group have significant difference (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Cua-shi decoction could restrain ovary apoptosis. The effect may be one of the mechanism of Cua-shi Decoction delay the aging of primary senile rat ovary.关键词
