民间药随手香的急性毒性及抗炎镇痛作用研究
Acute Toxicity and Anti-inflammatory, Abirritation Effects on Sichuan Folk Medicine Acorus Gramineus Soland

Abstract
Objective: To research the acute tenacity and the anti-inflammatory, abirritation effects of Sichuan folk medicine Acorus gramineus Soland. Methods; The acute toxicity tests check with Acorns gramineus Soland of acute toxicity. Mouse auricular in-tumesce model induced by dimethylbenzene, and acetic acid writhing was used in the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Acorus gramineus Soland. Results-. Through the acute toxicity tests show that Acorus gramineus Soland has no obvious acute toxicity, security is better. Anti-inflammatory effect was found in Acorus gramineus Soland through the auricular intumesce experiment Acorus gramineus Soland had abirritation effect in the acetic acid writhing experiment Conclusion: The preliminary judgement of Sichuan folk medicine Acorus gramineus Soland is the smaller acute toxicity and security is better. Acorus gramineus Soland has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, it's agree with the folk usage.关键词
