Study on Effect of Imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica on Washed Platelet Aggretation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of impeiatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica on washed platelet aggregation. Methods: The platelet of rat blood was prepared and both ADP-induced and thrombin-induced platelet aggregation tests were used for the investigation. Results: Imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica significantly reduced the platelet aggregation rate and the average slope of the curve's rising segment (P < 0. 01) . From the comparison among the thrombin-induced platelet aggregation curves of different groups, it could be concluded that imperatorin had effect on the phase 2 of platelet aggregation. Conclusion: Imperatorin has the action of inhibiting platelet aggregation and has effect on release reaction of platelet and arachidonic acid metabolism in platelet.关键词
