摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the automatic painting of toy surface lines, the system of painting robot toy is designed based on motion control card and touch screen software. The system is composed of feeding, spraying and cleaning. Multi-axis control of motion control card is adopted through the method of touch screen designing trajectory to realize paint the toy surface lines. Make the motion control card as core to realize the entire control of painting the toy surface lines. The experiment shows that the surface lines can be circular arc, solid, single solid and so on. And the control system can fully meet the complex process requirements, and the spraying effect can also fully meet the requirements.
