摘要

Abstract

In the process of automobile ignition wire production, the wire resistance can not be real-time measured because of the interference. An automotive ignition wire resistance on-line measuring system is designed based on FPGA and microcontroller (MCU). A method of improved second median filter is proposed and a-chieved for anti-interference. Actual measurements show that the resistance measuring system has the characteristics of accuracy, stability and reliability, and can be. used for automobile ignition wire resistance on-line continuous real-time measurement in production process.
