Abstract
A feed-forward compensation control strategy based on Kalman Filter was designed to overcome the limited capacity of Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) in dealing with unmeasurable disturbance, which can handle the unmeasurable disturbance in the continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) system. Through disturbance model, the unmeasurable input and output disturbance vectors were augmented as the states of CSTR system, and Kalman Filter (KF) was used to estimate unmeasurable disturbance and its effect on the system output. With the disturbance estimated, unmeasured inputand output disturbance can be suppressed by applying different feed-forward compensation control strategies. Simulation results show that this method can improve the control performance of DMC significantly under model-plant mismatch and unmeasurable disturbances.关键词
