Exit Mechanism of Patent Funded Shareholder From Perspective of Limited Liability Company
摘要
Abstract
Patent invested enterprise because of the risk of patent stability, economic prospects uncertainties, may fall into itself in financial deadlock; it is prone to face up the problem of patent funded shareholder＇s exit, thereby affecting the continued survival and profitability of enterprise. The design and optimization of the company＇s articles of association are finely tuned. The percentage of the equity voting rights is regulated, and the idea of the risk burden sharing for invalid patent is proposed. The use of patent right after the shareholders＇ exit is arranged. Autonomy articles and balance of interests are an effective way to resolve patent invested shareholder＇s exit.关键词
