Social Responsibility of Private Enterprises and Their Operating Performance Correlation Study Taking Guangdong Province Private Enterprises as an Example

Abstract
Guangdong Province private enterprises are taken as research samples, customer profitability, employee profit level and the government profit levels representing the corporate social responsibility, and choosing the main business income rate CROA on behalf of business performance, the method of regression analysis is used to examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance. The results show the social responsibility of private enterprises has a positive effect on business performance. And variable effects are on different levels. Correlation test performance is weak. It indirectly proves that corporate social responsibility mechanism is not built effectively.关键词
