摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of the head-up tilt table testing(HUT) on unexplained syncope. Methods 4 5 patients with unexplained syncope and 20 normal people were performed HUT. The positive rates were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Among 4 5 cases in the observation group,42 cases were positive HUT with the positive rate of 93. 3% , while only 1 case in the control group showed positive HUT with the positive rate of 5. 0%. Conclusion HUT has high diagnostic value in vasovagal syncope(VVS) , which can be used in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of unexplained syncope in clinic.关键词
