Parameter Design and Realization of Permanent Magnet Biased Heterploar Radial Magnetic Bearing
摘要
Abstract
To overcome the defects of the present parameter design of the permanent magnet biased heterpolar radial magnetic bearing(PRMB), its precise equivalent magnetic circuit is established based on 2-D finite element simulation. A parameter design method is deduced based on the equivalent magnetic circuit aiming at bias magnetic field and control magnetic field needed by the magnetic force, under the condition of no saturation in the soft magnetic material. The experimental prototype of 400N is designed. The 3-D magnetic field simulation and experiments are carried out. The simulation and the experiment results show that the parameter design method is rational, the levitation performance of PRMB is good and this method established a basic foundation for the research of other magnetic bearings.关键词
