A Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Economic Operation of Urban Distribution Network Based on Interval Number
针对配电网经济运行评价的多维多层次和不确定性,提出一种基于区间数的城市配电网经济运行模糊综合评价方法。利用区间层次分析法计算指标权重,合理处理了专家判断的不确定性,同时为了避免综合得分区间数发散的问题,引入区间数可能度的概念对单因素的综合权重进行修正;考虑到不同地区配电网的差异,采用区间梯形隶属度函数,同时定义了区间数中心对单因素的区间隶属度进行修正,避免了单因素得分区间数的发散;最后运用区间数符合度的概念,并依据评价等级标准区间数,确定综合得分…查看全部>>
