Survey and Assessment of the Economic Loss Caused by Supply Voltage Sags and Interruptions in Typical Industrial Plants
摘要
Abstract
Power quality is becoming more and more important for modem manufacture and process control industries, any voltage sags and momentary interruptions on the power supply voltage lasting more than a few cycles will bring massive economic loss. An evaluation of voltage sags and interruptions cost is given for twenty three sensitive customers in five industry categories by customer damage survey method, and the results indicate the annual level of economic loss in different industries due to voltage sags and interruptions.关键词
