Abstract
Technical features of the pulse power switch assembly are summarized. The basic parameters, apparent structure and process characteristics of pulse power switch assembly with 300 kA ratings are introduced in detail, and the simulations and experimental tests are carried out for the main parameters. The results indicate that the proposed assembly can basically meet the application requirements.关键词
