摘要

Abstract

A new quality guarantee mode is put forword to monitor each joint in RSW process for flexible car asembling line.In order to meet with quality requestment of each spot joint,a quality monitoring and management system is constructed for in auto car assembling line.Firstly .through software engineering method,the needs and the operation mechanism of the system model is analyzed. On the basis,the structure and function and the special database is designed.Secondly,the some branch modules,such as information monitoring,quality evaluation,report generation and information management is realized by means of object-oriented programming language VB 6.0. Practical test result is shown that,the system can accomplish quality information monitoring,fault diagnosis,quality evaluation and management function of each joint. It is a low cost,easy and convenient quality control method.
