摘要
Abstract
The middle trough of the scraper conveyor is a key component in the coal mining machinery,Its welding quality directly determined the amount of coal over the scraper conveyor.In order to solve automatic welding problem caused by the manufacturing error and assembly error of parts of the middle trough,we designed a multi-axis motion platform based on PLC automatic control system and servo drive.This paper respectively introduced the mechanical structure and working principle of the device,as well as the hardware components and software design of the electrical part.In order to compensate for the error of the welding of the middle trough,using teaching method to get welding start point and end point first,then using linear interpolation algorithm to achieve multilayer multi-pass welding of the middle trough.Through Experiments,we got a well welding specifications,the experiments showed that the welding equipment of design achieved automated and high efficient welding,the work efficiency was improved.关键词
